Advance Consulting and Staffing is looking for entry level Recruiters/Account Managers to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role you will assist in placing top level candidates into new career roles and develop a wide range of business skills including: customer relationship management, sales, negotiation and closing techniques, and internet research. Many of these skills will empower you to make decisions that will greatly affect your earning potential and fulfill career objectives.

Recruiter/Account Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sourcing and screening resumes for job order requirements and generating new candidate leads through direct recruiting on different job boards, social networks, internet resources, networking and advertising
  • Establish and execute recruiting strategies for different recruiting assignments and job openings
  • Schedule and follow up on interviews for candidates and coordinate interview dates, travel and logistics. Meet with potential candidates and perform interviews and assist in preparation of interviews.
  • Responsible for business development of staffing services through strategic sales planning, prospecting, cold calling, and client presentations as well as maintaining and developing relationships within existing accounts. Continually obtain information & feedback from clients on quality of service and staffing support
  • You will work in a hands on role developing and executing research over the web.
  • Stay current with industry trends, developments and changes.
Requirements:
  • Self-starter, intelligent and motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent phone, writing, computer and communication skills
  • Must have strong organizational, time management and project management skills and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Enthusiastic, competitive and assertive team player with attention to detail
  • Effective negotiation and convincing skills
  • Ability to use different internet and recruiting sites to perform research and be able to utilize internal recruiting database
  • B.S. or an Associate's degree preferred
